It’s Great to be 8!

July 28, 2010

I had such a fun session at the park with this beautiful little 8 year old.  Samye’s such a sweet, happy girl and is so excited to be getting baptized in just a couple of weeks.  She was so proud to show off her gorgeous white dress she actually helped design herself!  I think we have a future fashionista on our hands!

Here are just a few of my favs from our little shoot …

Isn’t her dress so stinkin adorable?!!  I asked her mom where she got it and she told me a friend of hers actually made it.  Yes I just said she made it.  Sewed it herself.  As someone who can barely even sew a button on, that kind of talent truly amazes me!

If you’re looking for any kind of great, one-of-a-kind formals, baptism dresses, casual wear and anything in between, her name is Janae and she makes all kinds of beautiful apparel right out of her home… all without any kind of pattern so they’re totally original.   Her website is still under construction but if you want to contact her, you can email jankcar@gmail.com and she’ll send you photos and pricing info.

From the latest Free Mini Photo Session with Love Hot Pink …

July 5, 2010

Does this girl look like a little model in the making or what?!  And she had such a cute little creative personality, too.  Her mom said after she got home from the shoot, she kept talking about how much fun she had “being a fashion girl.”  I love it!!

More mini session dates coming soon.  Be sure to check back here regularly, and make sure you check out LoveHotPink.com for all kinds of adorable girly clothes and accessories.  SO great for pictures!

Workin’ For Chicken Again!

June 26, 2010

You might remember the shoot I did last year for the Centennial High School cheerleaders and Raising Cane’s.  Well, they asked me to help out again this year, to get some more photos for this year’s fundraising ad,  and of course I was more than happy to help out!  Here are a few of my favs:
